Rage Against The Computer was incredibly responsive and gave me great advice. I had an older computer that I wasn’t sure about and they spent the time with me to help me make the right decision about the computer. I highly recommend them for any of your computer needs!!

Frustration to Relief:
Mike Is knowledgeable, efficient and willing to work with you on what the problem is. He takes the time to explain what he is doing and why there is an issue. In my case it was a disk that was continually coming up as almost full, but not able to condense or delete. He knew exactly what to do and took care of it. The other issue was a printer not communicating with the laptop. He showed me how to restart the internet and then restart the printer. Simple fix, but again willing to educate me as well as fix the issues.
It’s refreshing to have someone who makes house calls and gets the job done!!!

We hired Rage Against The Computer to install our new computer, keyboard and monitor. The result was most satisfactory, and we were pleased with his efficiency. We had ordered the computer, and he kindly selected the monitor for us, recognizing our needs and knowing that ease of use was of significant importance to us. We were completely pleased with the entire experience.

I am not an IT professional, but I use computer technology in my work and am reasonably comfortable with it. Earlier this year I was trying to fix a problem with my parents’ wifi – and having NO luck. I contacted Michael who walked me through various possible fixes until the problem was resolved. He made sure that I knew what to do if this problem happened again. He was calm, patient, and incredibly helpful – exactly the kind of assistance you need when you are frustrated with technology which isn’t doing what you need it to do. I would highly recommend his technical support services.

I’m basically lazy, especially when it comes to the technical side of life. I want (with a minimum of effort on my part) things to work properly, consistently and not to cause me grief! While I’ve owned Macs practically since the “garage days” and have always loved them, the last laptop I bought was not compliant almost from the start. I cursed it hourly, threatened its life daily and yet depend on it mightily. When it stopped dead in its tracks, I turned to Rage Against The Computer. The company name alone told me this is my guy! How can I not identify with “Rage Against the Computer”? The technician managed to correct my lazy habits (Manual? I’m actually supposed to READ it?), explain the issues without making me feel like a complete idiot and gets a lot done in the time allotted. AND I’ve been lucky since he managed to drop the occasional pearls here and there on other subjects such as web sites, digital security, marketing and more.
